HPD staffing tracker data
Honolulu Police Department (HPD) sworn and civilian vacancies, recruits in training, retirement eligibility and full strength, as reported in HPD budget records and news coverage. This is the data behind the HPD Staffing Shortage Tracker, which ISPI updates monthly from public records. Different documents count on different dates and sometimes on different bases, so read the note on each row.
