The commissioning process

1
Submit a research inquiry
Describe your research question, the policy problem you are trying to solve, and your timeline. Use the inquiry form below or contact ISPI directly. Initial response within 48 hours.
2
Scoping conversation
ISPI schedules a scoping call to understand the research need, audience, intended use, and any confidentiality requirements. No cost at this stage.
3

5
Publication
Commissioned research is published under the ISPI brand with commissioning client acknowledged. Proprietary research may be delivered confidentially without public publication by agreement.
